I am good at what I do. I take the time to concentrate on what is important. I am good at asking the right question at the right time.
I am creative, thoughtful, and work well with people. People relate well to me as I pay attention to what they are saying.
I remain engaged in the conversation focusing in on what they are saying. Any thing that I don’t understand, I ask a question for clarification.
As I work on improving myself each day, I get better and better at those areas that are my strengths and those that need improvement.
I communicate my intentions, and walk my talk. If there is something that I disagree with I find the correct words to use for that situation so that I can show my support of the person and my need for clarification on the process or issue.
I pay attention to my day. Learning more and more each day so that I can control those things that I can control and no longer attempt to control those things I have no control over. I have control over how I respond emotionally to situations. I have control over my own behavior.
I control how I use my time and the choices I make. I make good choices. I control my thoughts.
Each day I build on what I have learned from the pervious day. I use this new knowledge to help build my self-confidence, self-respect. I am capable of doing great things and am now letting myself accomplish those things.
I feel good about myself. I assess myself realistically and give my self support. I know that at all time I am doing my best. My best today may not be as good as yesterday and might be better than tomorrow. It only matters that I am doing my best right now and I am.
I am responsible for how I respond to life’s events. I am handling them with pose, confidence, pride, completeness, and with trust that all is working to my advantage.
All things do work for my advantage, even if I don’t see it immediately.
My job is to learn, to ask questions, to do my best and I know that I am doing that now.
