Questions are powerful because they are the avenue by which you gain informantion to make a decision.
But...they go way beyond that. The type of questions you ask as well as the tonality that the questions is ask in will determine the amount of information you will receive.
Ask a negative based question with negative overtones and you are limiting immediately the person's willingness to give you the information they have.
Ask a positive based questions, one that moves a person from the current situation to a positive future state and you will gain more information about the subject than maybe you wanted to know.
